Getting a GUITAR!!
At long last, at long long last, i've decided on th guitar i wanna get...In case you're wondering, i've been wanting a guitar for ages. Problem was, mom didn't like me buying anyhing expensive... So, my budget's just around $400...
Okay, firstly, i fell in love with the les paul... Les pauls look like this:
Cool right?? But something like the one in the pic costs around $500... Overbudget, what with amp n all...
Anyway, i went to swee lee's webbie and found the les paul special II... Its sommething like e one in e pic, but without the border thingy... Costs $299 a la carte =P
But $500 plus with package...sigh...
Then in the end, i settled for the single pickup les paul, which is very very cheap already... The epiphone les paul junior... Its $385 with amp and all, as a package...
Oh yeah, and i'm in love with white... =P
So all in all, single pickup... lousy for clean sounds, excellent for punkrock and metal, as the reviews say...
And, like my mom shouts, i'm a beginner... Beginner guitar for beginner guitarist...

PheeeyeW!!!
Been some time since i last posted without somone pestering me to... And, i've just realised that my half-dead blog's turning into some fishing hangout (something i DON'T wanna happen, in case you're wondering). Anyway, it feels great blogging again... Feeling the keys under my fingers instead of some crappy ball-point pen with a broken clicker (I happen to have 3 such pens in my pencil box, in case you wanted to know (again!)). Well, life just rocks these few days... Somehow, studying with friends seems better than doing it alone, where i always get stuck at some vectors question, then realise that my brother doesn't take H2 math...Speaking about vectors, i tried doing it yesterday, and got stuck at the first question of the tutorial (crappy!!!). I didn't know who to ask, cos it wasn't the kind of question you could fit in an sms... And, i didn't wanna waste money on a call... Maybe i'll ask Mr MCM come monday...
About life: Yay! I passed all 5 stations of NAPFA!! In case you're curious once again, here they are:
Shuttle run: 10.2
Chin-ups: 8 (suckiness!)
Sit ups: 48
Standing broad-jump: 212 (double suckiness!!)
Sit-and-reach: 48/49
2.4: 11:50mins
Not bad, but i think i got a bronze... A few cms forward for standing broad-jump would've earned me a silver... oh well... Couple of weeks more for BMT...
Which reminds me. I got the med checkup letter and its scheduled for 17 june... But at the top right hand corner was a small line of random text:
